These terms govern the sale of canvas prints through the Art House website by [to be completed], under the consumer-protection law of the Republic of Moldova (Law No. 105/2003 or the act replacing it), the e-commerce law (Law No. 284/2004) and the Civil Code.

1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

Submitting the form is an order request. The contract is concluded once our team confirms the order (by phone or email), including the final price and production time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes. If no price is shown on the site, it is communicated on confirmation, together with the payment methods.

4. Production, delivery and pickup

Production time is communicated on confirmation. You can pick up the order in person or choose delivery; delivery cost and timing are agreed on confirmation.

5. Custom canvases — no right of withdrawal

Canvases made from your own image are produced to your personal specifications, so under consumer-protection law the right of withdrawal does not apply. You see an exact preview of the composition before printing.

6. Catalog paintings — 14 days

For catalog paintings you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the painting is undamaged. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the item back.

7. Warranty and complaints

If a painting has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, contact us within a reasonable time with photos — we will remake or replace it free of charge. Minor colour differences between a screen and canvas print are normal and are not a defect.

8. Your images and copyright

  • By uploading an image you confirm that you hold the rights to it (Law No. 139/2010 on copyright and related rights) and have the consent of the people shown.
  • Illegal, offensive or pornographic images, or images infringing third-party rights, are not allowed; we may refuse such orders.
  • We use your image only to fulfil your order and never publish it without your separate consent.

9. Catalog works

Works by the great masters in our catalog are in the public domain and come from open museum collections (CC0 licence). Art House design works are protected by copyright.

10. Disputes

We aim to settle any disagreement amicably. You may also contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance or the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. The law of the Republic of Moldova applies.
